Shipping Policy
Delivery Area: We offer shipping services throughout the United States and Canada, excluding U.S. territories and remote areas of Canada.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days. Express shipping (expedited) options are available at checkout and take 1-3 business days.
Shipping Fees: All standard shipping orders are free of charge. Express shipping will incur an additional fee of $5 USD (or equivalent in Canadian dollars).
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receipt. Once your order is processed, we will send an email with tracking information.
International Duties and Taxes: All international orders (to Canada) may incur duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy
Return Window: We offer a 30-day return guarantee. Return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of the product.
Return Conditions: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and retain their original packaging. Opened items can only be returned if they are defective.
Return Process: Customers should contact our customer service department via email to initiate a return. We will provide return instructions and a return address.
Refunds: Once the return is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
