Return Conditions:

For Quality Issues (Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items)

  • Items with manufacturing defects, damage, or incorrect items do not require original packaging
  • Please provide photographic evidence of the issue to help us improve our product quality
  • We employ a hassle-free instant refund strategy for most quality issues
  • Refund percentage may vary based on the specific situation and will be determined through negotiation

For Personal Preference Returns (Change of Mind, Don't Like, etc.)

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and retain their original packaging
  • All tags and labels must be attached and intact
  • Items must be in completely resaleable condition

Return Process:

Customers should contact our customer service department via email at hello@gokottalifestyle.com to initiate a return. We will provide return instructions and a return address. Please include your order number and reason for return to expedite the process.

Refunds:

Once the return is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. The complete return process (including shipping and inspection) may take 7-14 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.
